Located in Waring Street in the heart of Belfast City Centre this Premier Inn is set to become a popular hotel, bar and restaurant with visitors and locals alike.
Boasting 171 Rooms and a modern ‘warehouse’ style bar & restaurant this property is within walking distance of many attractions and facilities.
Working with Patton Construction we were assigned the responsibility for the supply installation and commissioning of the following mechanical services within the hotel and the restaurant:
- Plumbing, Soils & Wastes and Sanitary ware installation to Bedrooms
- Domestics installation to catering kitchen and back of house
- Natural Gas Installation
- Air conditioning to front of house
- Air Conditioning to Bedrooms
- General and bedroom ventilation
- Automatic Controls Installation including BEMS
- Car Park/Smoke Ventilation
