Attached to the hotel is a ‘Table Table’ Restaurant.

Working with Merit Construction we were assigned the responsibility for the supply installation and commissioning of the following mechanical services within the Hotel and Restaurant:

• LPHW Heating
• Plumbing, Soils & Wastes and Sanitary ware installation to Bedrooms
• Domestics installation to catering kitchen and back of house
• Natural Gas Installation
• Air conditioning to front of house and Bedrooms
• General and bedroom ventilation
• Automatic Controls Installation
