Standing head and shoulders above all other buildings within the ‘Old Gas Works’ site of Cromac Wood the 128 Bed 4* Radisson SAS Hotel is one of the top hotels within Belfast City Centre.
Working with Farrans Construction we were assigned the responsibility for the supply installation and commissioning of the following mechanical services:
- LPHW Heating
- Plumbing, Soils & Wastes and Sanitary ware installation to Bedrooms
- Domestics installation to catering kitchen and back of house
- Natural Gas Installation
- Air Condition to bedrooms
- Air conditioning to front and back of house
- General and bedroom ventilation
- Automatic Controls Installation including BEMS
- On-going Pre-planned maintenance
