Positioned with uninterrupted views of Cavehill on the outskirts of Belfast the aptly named Hillview House is a prominent modern state of the art office building.
The Northern Ireland base for the global Northgate Information Solutions we were delighted to be awarded the contract to install the mechanical services.
A generally open plan office with capacity for over 500+ staff with satellite conference rooms and staff accommodation located around the perimeter.
The services installed included the following:

- Chilled Water Installation
- Floor Plenum Supply and Ceiling Plenum Extract
- Fan Coil Installation
