We were pleased to be appointed mechanical contractor on the Refurbishment of the Chemical Laboratory at David Keir Building at Queens University Belfast.
The project entailed the removal of all redundant existing services within labs, plantroom and other ancillary areas.
Once removed we undertook to supply install and commission the following services.
- LPHW Heating
- Lab Gases Including Vacuum
- Domestic Services
- Soils and wastes including corrosion resistance system
- Fume Cupboard Installation
- Plenum ceiling Ventilation from central Air Handling Plant
- General Ventilation
- Air Conditioning
- Boilerhouse modifications
- Mechanical Controls
